Upon full payment, clients receive all agreed-upon rights to the delivered work. We retain rights to:

• Use the work in our portfolio
• Reuse general concepts and components
• Retain ownership of pre-existing intellectual property

• Payment schedules will be defined in project agreements
• Typical terms include an initial deposit and milestone payments
• Late payments may result in work suspension
• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified

webvise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
