The Challenge
Engadin Lodges manages a curated collection of luxury chalets across the Swiss Alps. They were listing properties on Airbnb and Booking.com, paying 15-20% commissions on every reservation. Their brand got lost among thousands of listings, and they had no way to offer the premium, personalized booking experience their high-end clientele expected. They needed their own platform that matched the exclusivity of their properties.
Our Solution
We designed and built a luxury booking platform with a visual-first approach - full-bleed photography, smooth animations, and a refined booking flow that reflects the premium brand. Each property page features interactive photo galleries, detailed amenity lists, floor plans, and local experience recommendations. The booking engine integrates with Stripe for secure payments and offers real-time availability calendars synced with their existing channel manager. We also built a host dashboard for managing reservations, guest communications, and revenue analytics across all properties.
