The Challenge
SÁRA Cosmetics, a Berlin-based organic skincare brand, had outgrown their WordPress + WooCommerce website. Page load times exceeded 8 seconds on mobile, the checkout flow was clunky, and their SEO rankings were declining despite quality content. With a growing product catalog and increasing traffic, the legacy stack was becoming a bottleneck for growth.
Our Solution
We migrated the entire storefront to a headless architecture using Next.js with static generation for product pages and Shopify Storefront API for commerce functionality. The migration preserved all existing URL structures and SEO equity while delivering sub-second load times. We implemented structured data markup for all products, optimized images with next/image, and built a custom CMS integration so the team could manage blog content and product descriptions independently.
