Telehealth MVP for a Healthcare Startup
How we built a production-ready telehealth platform with patient scheduling, video consultations, and provider dashboards for MedCircle in just 4 weeks.
The Challenge
MedCircle, a Berlin-based healthcare startup, needed to validate their telehealth concept quickly. Patients in rural areas were waiting weeks for specialist consultations. The founders needed a working MVP that could handle appointment booking, secure video calls, and patient records - all while meeting strict German healthcare data privacy requirements.
Our Solution
We built a full-stack telehealth platform in 4 weeks using Next.js with a type-safe API layer. The patient portal features intelligent scheduling that matches patients with available specialists based on symptoms and availability. We integrated WebRTC-based video consultations with end-to-end encryption, a digital intake form system, and a provider dashboard for managing appointments and patient notes. All data is stored in a GDPR-compliant PostgreSQL database with role-based access controls.
Results
webvise turned our idea into a working product faster than we thought possible. The platform feels polished, not like a typical MVP. Our early users love it, and we secured our seed round partly on the strength of the demo.
