The Challenge
OHYP GmbH needed a digital platform to issue personal financing certificates for real estate buyers in Germany. Their service helps buyers prove their creditworthiness to real estate agents and property sellers, but the existing process was manual and slow. Buyers needed to receive a binding certificate within 24 hours, without a SCHUFA credit inquiry, while the system automatically compared over 550 partner banks.
Our Solution
We developed a full-stack platform with a 10-step financing form as the core conversion element, automated PDF certificate generation with one-click download, and an admin dashboard for managing the complete request lifecycle. The platform uses tRPC for end-to-end type safety, PostgreSQL for data persistence, and Better Auth for secure session management.
