Financing Certificate Platform for a Berlin Fintech
How we built a full-stack fintech application with a conversion-optimized landing page, automated certificate generation, and an admin dashboard for OHYP GmbH.
The Challenge
OHYP GmbH, a Berlin-based mortgage financing company, needed a digital platform to issue personal financing certificates for property buyers. The existing process was manual, slow, and didn't scale. They needed a solution that would let buyers get a binding financing certificate within 24 hours - without a credit score inquiry - while comparing over 550 partner banks automatically.
Our Solution
We developed a comprehensive fintech platform using Next.js with a multi-step financing form as the core conversion element. The landing page was built as an SEO-optimized sales funnel with trust signals, educational content, and multiple CTAs. On the backend, we implemented automated certificate generation with PDF export, email workflows, and a full admin dashboard for managing financing requests through their lifecycle. The platform supports German and English with complete i18n.
